Returns & Exchanges

We offer Exchange ONLY as our product has been custom made with your order. 
We can only exchange your order if it hasn’t been removed from the packaging, due to health & safety concerns. 
If your hair has been removed from the cardboard, we will return this back to you. 
All exchanges must be returned within 1 week of receiving the product. 
To exchange your product, you must contact us via email and state ‘exchange’ in the subject bar. We will then complete a correct colour match, to ensure you have the correct shade. 
You are responsible for the returns postage and we advise you to send via recorded delivery.
